Steps to the apartment

Sea Views: The moment I stepped into the apartment, I couldn't believe my eyes! The panoramic sea views were like having my own private IMAX theater, but with crashing waves and seagulls instead of popcorn.

Stairs: The only downside was the stairs. Honestly, they were more like a cardio workout than a means of getting to my fabulous apartment.

its room was clean with a massive tv in the bedrooms. location was incredible and marvellous, near skegness clock tower. staff were very helpful, and i loved the owner.

Had everything we needed, recommend. We stayed for 3 night and truly enjoyed our stay. Had a bathtub. Kitchen was available for us to cook. Jessica made everything for all of us. The location in the city was great, close to beach, the restaurant, and the centre of skegness.

Marine Boathouse View Apartment was an amazing value for the money - the place was huge, with comfy beds and all the essentials. The location was great, right in the center of town with a fantastic view. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could have been better, maybe with a wider variety of options.

One drawback was the low water pressure and temperature, which made it difficult to enjoy a warm bath or shower after a long day of activities. the delicious breakfast compensated for this inconvenience.

I had an amazing experience at Marine Boathouse View! the location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the apartment itself was modern and well, equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. the attention to detail was impressive, making me feel right at home. the restaurant below the apartment served delicious food, and the whole area was family, friendly. I even had the pleasure of watching the breathtaking sunrise over the sea from my bedroom window. the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment were top, notch. the comfortable seating and cozy beds, along with the large TVs in the bedrooms, added to the overall luxury. This has been the best place I've ever stayed near Skegness, and I'm already planning to come back. the owners clearly take excellent care of the apartment, and I'm grateful for their hospitality. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Spacious rooms with en suites and AC. Great for shopping and close to the beach. 20-minute drive to Bibby's beach and other attractions. Walking distance to a fantastic fair and water park.

marine boathouse view exceeded my expectations during this relaxing holiday. the spacious property had everything we needed and the view was breathtaking. highly recommend!

Water pressure and temperature low.

The staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. In addition, the council car park nearby provided convenient and affordable parking options.

The apartment had multiple sets of stairs, which may be challenging for some guests.

The property had a bar, so I could drown my sorrows after dealing with the spider infestation and dusty rooms. Free WiFi was a plus, so I could vent about it online.

Oh, just a few harmless spiders and a layer of dust, nothing my OCD couldn't handle. No big deal.

The Marine Boathouse View Apartment in Skegness was absolutely fantastic! The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen had a fridge and a kettle, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. I also loved the air-conditioning feature, which made the apartment incredibly cool and refreshing. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was an added bonus, perfect for unwinding after a long day. the apartment provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If I had to nitpick, the only thing I liked less about the apartment was the oven. It was a bit small for my liking.
